Singapore and Rwanda are partnering to host the Inclusive Fintech Forum (IFF) 2025 in Kigali from 24-26 February. The event, organized by Singapore’s Global Finance & Technology Network, Rwanda’s Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC), and the National Bank of Rwanda, aims to leverage technology for economic inclusion. Launched at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2024, IFF 2025 will welcome over 3,000 participants from over 80 countries. The forum will focus on addressing challenges and creating opportunities in the digital economy, with the goal of empowering communities and shaping the future of inclusive economic growth.

The event will feature a variety of programs and discussions under the theme “Empowering Economic Inclusion Through Accelerated Technology Adoption.” Attendees can expect high-level dialogues with global leaders on topics such as digital inclusion, policy and regulation, and capital market stability. The forum will also highlight the transformative potential of digital assets in Africa and explore cross-border innovation and investment opportunities.

Key programs will include the Capital Meets Policy Dialogue (Africa), a platform uniting policymakers and investors to strategize on fintech growth in Africa, and Startup Founders Day featuring Founders Peak, which showcases the journeys of Africa’s fintech entrepreneurs. In addition to the dialogues, IFF 2025 will offer a range of workshops, roundtables, and networking events.

These include deep-dive workshops on emerging technologies, Public-Private Roundtables to address regulatory challenges, and an IFF PitchFest and Exhibition to showcase the latest fintech innovations. Rwanda’s role as a co-host underscores its growing prominence in the global fintech landscape. The event provides a platform to showcase Africa’s dynamic fintech ecosystem and foster international collaboration.
